Visit to CERN, Geneva

A visit to CERN has a way of drawing you into some of the most fascinating questions about the universe. Here, scientists from around the world work to understand matter and the forces that shape it, using pioneering technology such as the Large Hadron Collider (LHC). Guided visits, interactive installations and dedicated exhibition spaces bring science beyond the laboratory, turning complex ideas into a genuinely compelling journey of discovery. An encounter with cutting-edge research that can spark curiosity even in those approaching the subject for the first time.

Technorama Swiss Science Center

At Technorama, science is something you experience first-hand. You can create a lightning bolt, test your balance, play with waves, light and sound, or discover what happens when a phenomenon leaves the pages of a book and takes shape before your eyes. Hundreds of installations turn physics, chemistry and mathematics into something you can explore directly, whatever your age. Here, you do not need to know the answers already: you simply need to be curious enough to ask the questions.

Domed tower of the Urania Sternwarte observatory in Zurich

Zurich Observatory – Urania Sternwarte

Beneath the historic dome of the Urania Sternwarte, Zurich suddenly feels a little closer to the stars. A private visit introduces guests to astronomy and the story of the observatory’s impressive telescope before, weather permitting, turning towards the Moon, planets and distant celestial bodies. The conversation can be tailored to the group’s interests, from the vast scale of the universe to the mysteries of time. To complete the evening, the 50-metre-high observation tower offers a privileged view across the city.
