From Italy to Switzerland by cable car: the highest crossing in Europe.

Starting from July 2023, travel from Breuil-Cervinia to Zermatt and back through the highest border crossing in the Alps! The Matterhorn Glacier Ride II will connect the Testa Grigia valley station - on the Plateau Rosà at an altitude of 3480 meters - to the Swiss station of Piccolo Cervino (Matterhorn Glacier Paradise) at 3883 meters.

With this additional connection, the total journey time from Cervinia to Zermatt and vice versa is 90 minutes.
